Healthcare Marketing & Patient Acquisition
Reaching patients without putting their data into ad platforms.
Healthcare marketing carries a constraint most industries do not have: you cannot hand protected health information to an advertising platform. We build patient acquisition around that limit, local search, accurate service pages, reputation work, and measurement that does not depend on sending patient data to an ad network.

Questions
Healthcare Marketing & Patient Acquisition, answered
Why can't we just use the same tracking as a normal business?
Because of the privacy rules. Most conversion tracking works by sending user-level data back to an ad platform, and in healthcare that data can become protected health information the moment it links a person to a condition or a service. We measure aggregate performance and use tools that keep patient-level data inside your systems. The cost is slightly less granular attribution, and that is an honest trade rather than a technicality.
Can you guarantee a number of new patients?
No. Patient volume depends on your market, your capacity, your insurance mix and your reputation, and none of those are things an agency controls. What we can promise is that the pages, the tracking and the spend are set up correctly and reported honestly, including when a channel is not working and should be cut.
Do reviews and testimonials create a compliance problem?
They can. We ask patients for a review without soliciting clinical detail, we do not publish patient stories that reveal treatment without the appropriate written authorisation, and we respond to negative reviews without confirming that the reviewer is or was a patient. Those rules are simple to follow and easy to break by accident, so they are written into the process rather than left to judgement.
