CRM & ERP Development

Customisation of the systems that run sales and operations.

Most businesses are better off configuring a CRM or ERP they can buy than writing one. We work on the customisation layer, modules, workflows, integrations and reporting, and write custom code only where the platform genuinely cannot do what is needed.

Tools we work in

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Zoho CRM
  • Odoo
  • ERPNext
  • PostgreSQL
  • Node.js
  • n8n

Scope

What this covers

The specific work included when you engage us for this service.

  • CRM configuration and custom objects in Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho
  • ERP modules and workflows in Odoo or ERPNext
  • Custom modules, plugins and scripts where configuration stops short
  • Data migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems, with reconciliation
  • Two-way sync between CRM, ERP, finance and support tools
  • Dashboards and reports that reflect how your team actually works
  • User roles, permission sets and audit history for regulated processes

What you receive

  • 01A configured or extended system inside your own vendor account and licence
  • 02Migrated historical data with a written record of what moved and what did not
  • 03Administrator training and documentation so your team can maintain it

Questions

CRM & ERP Development, answered

Should we build our own CRM or ERP?

Usually not. Configuration gives you upgrades, security patches, documentation and a support path that a custom system does not, and the first version of a custom CRM is always smaller than the business expects. Building becomes reasonable only when the business model genuinely does not fit any product on the market, and even then the ongoing maintenance should be costed before starting.

What usually goes wrong with an ERP implementation?

Data migration and process change rather than software. Historical records are messier than anyone expects, and people work around a system they were not involved in designing. We plan the migration with an explicit reconciliation step, and we involve the people who will use the system before we build a workflow they will resent.
