Why move off cheap shared hosting?
Shared hosting is fine until it is not: noisy neighbours, no staging environment, backups nobody has tested, and no clear upgrade path. We recommend a move when an outage or a lost database would genuinely hurt the business, and we will say when it would not.
Who owns the infrastructure you set up?
You do. Accounts, domains, DNS and backups are in your name and under your control, with us holding an administrator role. If we part ways, nothing needs transferring and nothing is lost in the process.
