What counts as an urgent problem?
A site that is down, a broken checkout, a form failing silently, or a security incident. Those get the fastest response in your plan. Content edits and design tweaks go through the normal queue, so urgent work never waits behind a copy change.
Do we have to host with you to get support?
No. We maintain sites on your own hosting, on a cloud account you control, or on managed hosting we arrange. Support works either way, because hosting is a separate decision from who looks after the site.
